Is JustCars.pk a car seller or a dealer?

No. JustCars.pk does not buy, sell, broker or finance cars, and a price on the site is not an offer to sell. To buy a car, deal with the manufacturer or an authorised dealer.

How accurate are the prices and specifications?

Each price is dated and credits where it was read. Manufacturers change prices without notice, and whether sales tax, registration or delivery is included differs by brand and sometimes by variant, so the price a dealer quotes can differ from the one shown. Confirm a price and a specification with the seller before you pay anything. JustCars.pk works to keep the information correct and corrects errors when told (see how we write and check what we publish), but it does not guarantee that every figure is current or complete.

Is the import duty calculator advice?

No. The calculator gives an estimate from the published rates it names, and each line carries a label for how firmly that rate is established (statutory, estimate or disputed). Duty depends on the customs valuation Pakistan Customs applies to a particular vehicle, which the calculator cannot know, and rates change. The result is not a customs assessment, not tax or legal advice and not a promise of what you will pay. Check the figures with Pakistan Customs, the Federal Board of Revenue or a qualified clearing agent before you import or buy.

News, fuel prices and other information

News stories are our own account of what a named source reported, and each one links that source. Fuel prices are shown with their effective date and source and may have changed since. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or investment advice, and no page predicts what a price will do next.

Who owns the content, photographs and brand names?

The text, layout and compiled data of JustCars.pk belong to the site. You may quote a short part with a link back to the page, but copying pages, the catalogue or the photographs wholesale is not allowed without written permission. Photographs belong to their owners and are credited where required. Car makes, models, logos and trademarks belong to their manufacturers and are used here only to identify the cars described. No endorsement by any manufacturer is implied.

What may I not do?

• Use the site in a way that harms it or other readers, or tries to break into it.
• Collect it in bulk with automated tools in a way that overloads it or ignores its robots.txt.
• Present the site’s content as your own.

What about links to other sites?

The site links to manufacturers, government bodies, news outlets and social profiles. JustCars.pk does not control them and is not responsible for what they say or do.

Limits of liability

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, JustCars.pk is not liable for any loss that results from relying on information on the site, from an error or a price that has since changed, or from the site being unavailable.

Changes and governing law
